Assistant Instructor Steven Ramirez is currently a registered 1st Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu with the United Martial Arts Association of America Steven Ramirez was born in Florida and grew up in Arizona. He has resided in Arizona for over 38 years and considers himself a native. He is a single father of 2 children, and they currently train as a family at United Kung Fu Academy.

Steven is a self-employed businessman and has been since the age of 19. He currently is the owner and CEO of Arizona Acclimated Services which is a Heating and Air Conditioning company in Arizona.

Steven enjoys raising his family, spending time outdoors and is a huge music fan. His family edicts are “There is no try, only do” and “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right”. These two edicts are the primary reasons for his family to train at the United Kung Fu Academy. The Academy embodies these philosophies and was a natural fit for them. He is an Instructor in Archery and a Range Officer for Firearms training with Zen Marksman. He is currently working on becoming a Distinguished Expert in Firearms.
